It's deadline day...

... and it's half term, and I had to send some pictures PDQ to our designer and I discovered I didn't know how to use the scanner and I have had far too much caffeine! (Liz Dixon our ad sales lady and owner of Ferris star of yesterday's epic movie) was the heroine of the day and got one of the scanners working. Craig (aka 'close-up' in the movie) normally does all the scans and he's on holiday lucky devil. But to be philosophical, it's another useful skill we all learned today.

Here is a sneaky peak of the front cover of the magazine that we're all stressing about. It's our 20th birthday so an important one. And it's so easy to get distracted and start looking at old photos and old magazines, but today is the day it gets uploaded to the printer even though it's not on sale in the shops until November 11th.

Just looking at all those covers brings back so many memories! Anyone here recognise their own dog by any chance? These are only a tiny percentage of the 20 years of covers...

Can anyone recognise the two human celebs on the covers? That's not including Dan in the top panel, the lead singer of The Feeling!

Always good to learn a new production skill, Beverley -- it makes you that much more indispensable. And congratulations on twenty years! That's quite a track record. Here's to many more!

There's one breed of dog a light brown that looks like a seal/ walrus. What breed of dog is that?
